Sykesville Veterinary Clinic is selling Carroll County dog licenses starting December 1st. The license will be valid for the entire year of 2021. All current 2020 licenses will be expiring on December 31, 2020. Carroll County requires all dogs 4 months of age and older to have valid rabies vaccination AND a current license or owners may be fined. A late fee goes into effect on March 1, 2021, if you wish to purchase a license later in the year.
